What kind of traffic are you not able to protect with CloudFlare, and would otherwise not work with a DDoS protection provider? The reason of not using CDN or Cloud DDoS Protection is that some of our application uses protocols other than http or https which does not support cloud interference. Or an online paid whitelist which I can subscribe for my IP to stop being a victim of IP stresser? because I can handle normal DDoS attacks, it's just these stressers which are causing the problem.Ī friend of mine recommended scrubbing ddos attacks, I know what srubbing is, but I don't know where to start. I was thinking maybe a firewall or a rule which can rapidly drop ddos attacks while allowing normal traffic. I know it's hard to block it on premises. cause I've also used it on our IP while testing the strength it was choking the bandwidth just like that. the attacks are random like 3 to 4 times in a day at a random times, the way it looks, I think someone in using IP stresser on us, maybe a client or a rival company. Sir, it's an office but not an enterprise, we've lived some of our web applications and software from our little datacentre in our office. Are there any user triggering these attacks like running adware or malware ?
